Do you either own or have the exclusive license over recorded music?

If your response to one of the questions is “YES”, then you have the right to receive
royalties on usage of your work using RAYS support.

  • No membership fee
    RAYS does not apply joining fee in order to not decrease the royalties paid to members.

  • Proper local royalty payments

    We collect royalties from all users and distribute
    among rightsholders per quarter.
  • Proper international royalty payments
    Under international agreements with foreign collective management organizations, we collect royalties with respect to usage of local music recordings abroad of Azerbaijan and distribute properly.
  • Transparency of royalty calculation
    RAYS has special database system to make accurate royalty calculation based on the used music.

Rights
RAYS represents and protects your rights and interests to users.

Collection
RAYS collects royalties on using, playing or broadcasting your recorded music from all users (TV, radio, HoReCa, retail and etc.)

Distribution
RAYS distributes all collected royalty to you as a related rightsholder.

Reports
To ensure transparency of collected and distributed royalty, RAYS provide you with quarterly reports included detailed financial information.
