HoReCa

HoReCa
Music is beneficial in the HoReCa (hotel, restaurant, cafe) sector and their representatives know exactly that music is the cornerstone to shape their customers’ experience and their venue’s image. The latest academic study of background music in HoReCa sector shows that music has a major positive effect on sales, largely stemming from guests purchasing more items. Play the wrong music, and you just might find that you’re alienating that very same customer, guest and selling significantly less.

Considering the impact of used music to the amount of HoReCa’s revenue, it will be fair if rightsholders of such music receive prescribed by the legislation royalty on behalf of HoReCa sector. It is required to sign agreement with RAYS for this purpose and pay relevant royalty that will be distributed among rightsholders that we represent.
