International royalty collection
RAYS is the only organization in the country that authorized to collect royalties on behalf of rightsholders not only in Azerbaijan, but also all over the world.
We have signed relevant agreements with the foreign collective management organizations and transfer our musical catalogues to each other. Upon these agreements, each foreign CMO will collect royalty on behalf of Azerbaijani rightsholders, when their recorded music played in public and send amount of collected royalty to RAYS. RAYS has a special staff team that distribute all received international royalty to local performer and recording rightsholder.
