In accordance with mutual agreements with foreign CMOs, RAYS is entitled to represent interests of our rightsholder members and ensures collection of royalty when music of our members is played abroad of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

International Neighboring Rights Collections

RAYS is the only accredited organization in the country that authorized to collect performance royalties worldwide. For this purpose, we have signed agreements with foreign CMOs and represent rights of our members globally.

Business Services

RAYS has created special database system to ensure transparency of distribution of collected royalty.
